DAYTONA GROUP LLC was established on February 26, 2018. At the time of registration, our team’s specialists already had 12 completed residential and commercial real estate projects in Dnipro and Kyiv.
Over the 8 years of work under the DAYTONA DEVELOPMENT brand, the company has increased its portfolio of its own projects, expanded the list of services for the development of construction sites, taken leading positions in the Dnipro real estate market and expanded the geography of its presence. Currently, we work in 3 regions of Ukraine - Dnipro, Uzhgorod and Lviv. And we entered the European market – we launched the VILLA BOFFA project in Campione d'Italia (this is an exclave of Italy in Switzerland).
As of the beginning of 2026, our company's specialists have 17 successfully completed projects. The MAVERICK project in Uzhgorod is in its final stages, MECENAT is being actively built in Lviv, and the 2nd phase of MAVERICK has started.
During the war, we did not stop a single site, we were able to ensure a continuous construction process and fulfillment of obligations to investors and maintain the quality of the projects. GENEVE (stage 2), MOZART, MARSHALL and MAYAK, which is more than 150 thousand m2, put into operation during the war.
In 2021 received a certificate of readiness club house K12 — the first project that DAYTONA GROUP has already implemented on its own.
In 2019 In the structure of DAYTONA DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a general contractor organization MEGA LINE LLC was established, specializing in the management of construction and investment projects of medium and significant class of consequences. This made it possible to start the implementation of turnkey projects: from the concept to the commissioning of the facility.
The next logical step in development was the formation of the Daytona Interiors division. In addition to typical design projects for apartments, the team works with author's interiors, interiors for business, decoration and turnkey equipment.
