DAYTONA GROUP LLC was established on February 26, 2018. At the time of registration, our team’s specialists already had 12 completed residential and commercial real estate projects in Dnipro and Kyiv.
During the 7 years of work under the DAYTONA DEVELOPMENT brand, the company has increased its portfolio of its own projects, expanded the list of construction site development services, taken a leading position in the Dnipro real estate market, and expanded its geographic presence by constructing multifunctional complexes in Uzhgorod and Lviv..
As of the beginning of 2025, our company's specialists have 16 successfully completed projects. The project in Dnipro is in its final stage — MAYAK, MAVERICK is actively being built in Uzhgorod, MECENAT has started in Lviv.
During the war, we did not stop a single site, we were able to ensure a continuous construction process and fulfillment of obligations to investors and maintain the quality of the projects. GENEVE (stage 2), MOZART and MARSHALL, which is more than 110 thousand m2, put into operation during the war.
