The formwork of the floor slab above the underground level of the future parking lot has been completed in section 4.
The foundation slab of section 3 has been concreted, and reinforcement and concreting of the vertical elements of the underground level of the parking lot are currently underway.
The foundation slab of sections 5-6 has also been concreted.
The installation of sheet piling for the excavation pit from bored injection piles and corresponding grillages along sections 1-2 and the office building has been completed.
Excavation work for the excavation pit of sections 1-2 and the office tower is in progress.
A tower crane has been installed to provide work on sections 3-5. The foundation for the second tower crane has been concreted, which will provide work on the 6th residential section and the office tower.
The asphalt concrete coating of the intra-block driveway from Knyahyni Olhy St. has been restored.
