The construction of the complex is steadily gaining momentum:
- In sections 3–4, work is actively underway to reinforce and concretize the vertical structures of the basement floor.
- Concrete preparation has been completed for the office tower and reinforcement of the foundation slab is underway.
- Excavation work is being completed to construct the excavation for sections 1–2.
- A tower crane has been installed to ensure the performance of work on the 6th residential section and the office tower.
