Monthly Construction Progress Highlights:
Sections 3–4:
- Masonry work has reached the top (8th) floor. Technical roof structures are being constructed in parallel.
- Installation of Reynaers Aluminium window systems is ongoing at the 4th–5th floor level.
- Double-glazed window units are being installed in apartments on the 2nd–3rd floors, with units lifted to the 4th–5th floors for upcoming installation.
- Installation of the storm sewer system has commenced.
Sections 5–6:
- Preparations for external masonry and internal partition walls are underway; ceramic blocks are being delivered to the upper floors.
- Foundation pit backfilling is in progress.
Sections 1–2:
- Monolithic work for the vertical elements of the 5th floor is nearing completion; formwork for the slab above is currently being installed.
Section 7:
- Formwork setup for concreting the slab above level -2 of the underground parking is in its final stages.
Stylobate Area:
Excavation of the pit for the stylobate structure is ongoing. This space will unite all sections and house part of the two-level underground parking.
The green roof above will feature a landscaped courtyard with greenery, modern amenities, and dedicated leisure areas for residents.
