Rapid pace and premium materials:
Sections 3–4:
- Ceramic block walls have already reached the 6th-floor level.
- Installation of premium aluminum window systems from world leader Reynaers Aluminium has begun on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
- The first glass units have already been delivered to the site.
- Backfilling of the construction pit has been completed.
Sections 5–6:
- The monolithic frame of the residential floors is fully completed.
Sections 1–2:
- Workers are erecting columns and constructing formwork for the slab above the 2nd above-ground floor. Work is in full swing!
Section 7:
- Construction of external walls and waterproofing of the underground section of the building have commenced.
Space between sections:
- A section of the foundation slab has been concreted for the installation of the future pumping station.
