Video report
We report on the progress of the work as of 06/16/2026:
- We have completed the waterproofing of the parking lot in sections 3-4 and have begun backfilling.
- Section 4
The monolithic frame of all 8 residential floors is completely ready. The arrangement of technical premises is underway on the roof of the building. The masonry (bricklaying) of the external and internal walls with ceramic blocks is being carried out up to and including the 5th floor.
- Section 3
The construction of the 8 ground floors of the monolith has also been completed. The masonry of the walls continues at the level of the 5th floor.
- Sections 5–6
Installation of the formwork of the floor slab above the 6th residential floor. The laying of walls on floors 1-2 has begun.
- Sections 1–2
The arrangement of the floor above the two-level underground parking is in progress.
