In section 4, the underground, basement and first floors have been completed – future parking and commercial premises. The construction of the residential part has begun: the vertical elements of the 2nd floor of the building are being performed.
In section 3, the underground and basement floors have been completed, the reinforcement of the floor slab above the 1st floor is being performed.
Sections 5-6 – the underground parking level has been completed, concreting of the vertical structures of the 2nd parking level is underway.
In section 1-2, works on engineering protection of the territory and preparatory work for the installation of the foundation slab are being performed.
Non-residential building – works on engineering protection of the territory are being performed, the final stage of reinforcement of the foundation slab frame.
