- Commissioned. Final stage of facade works.
Building 23V
Section 1
- Clinker cladding of the upper floors is being completed.
Section 2
- Clinker facade decoration is being completed.
- Installation of water supply risers is completed, drainage – at the level of the 8th floor.
- Installation of doors to the apartments is completed.
- Lightning protection system installed.
Landscaping:
- Work on landscaping the yard and adjacent territory is ongoing.
Phase II
Section 3:
- Underground floor – completed. Vertical structures of the 1st floor are in progress.
- Stylobate gap between sections 2 and 3 – vertical structures of the underground floor (parking) and installation of the floor slab above the parking lot are in progress.
Section 2:
- The installation of foundations and vertical structures of the underground floor (parking) of the section is in progress.
- The stylobate gap between sections 1 and 2 is also under foundation work.
