Phase 1
We are completing the facade work in section 2 of building 23B. We are waiting for favorable weather conditions to begin landscaping the lawns.
Phase 2
Section 3:
- The floor slab above the 1st floor has been concreted – 169.5 m3 of concrete has been received and poured in a continuous mode. This space will soon become part of the trade and service infrastructure within the complex.
- The stylobate gap between sections 2 and 3 – the construction of the reinforced concrete frame of the ground floor.
Section 2:
- The parking lot's enclosing walls are being erected along the outer perimeter.
- The base (concrete base) is being made for the arrangement of the floor of the -1st floor.
- The elevator diaphragm has been installed.
- The backfilling of the pit sinuses is being carried out.
- Stylobate gap between sections 1 and 2 – installation of foundations and vertical structures of the underground floor (parking) of the section.
