- The wiring of heating and water supply pipes in the inter-apartment corridors – floors 2,3,5, 9-10 has been completed.
- The wiring of the heating system in the apartments has been completed.
- The installation of equipment in the boiler room has begun.
- The laying of cable lines for electrical networks has been completed, the installation of cabinets on the floors has begun.
- The plastering of the walls of common areas has been completed.
Building 23B
Section 1
- The installation of metal structures of the ventilated facade, insulation and clinker finishing is in progress.
- The decorative finishing of the corridors on the floors has been completed.
- The granite cladding of the elevator portals has been completed.
Section 2
- Installation of metal structures of the ventilated facade, insulation is underway. On the 1st-2nd floors – clinker finishing
- Installation of equipment in the roof boiler room is completed.
- Installation of window structures and glazing is being completed.
- Heating and water supply pipes are being laid - completed. Installation of heating risers is underway.
- Installation of the smoke exhaust system is being completed.
- Floor screed – floors 2-7, 10.
- Porcelain stoneware on the floor in public areas – completed floors 2-6.
Parking:
- Floor surface arrangement under sections 3-4 is underway.
- Reflective marking of columns and walls is underway.
Landscaping:
- Concrete screed of the multi-layered coating of the courtyard has been completed.
- Paving slabs are being laid in the courtyard and along Slavyanska Naberezhna.
- Work has begun on improving the area adjacent to the building on the side of Radyshcheva Street.
