Section 2
- Masonry of the walls of the 8th floor, roof boiler room and arrangement of ventilation ducts.
- Installation of window structures made of warm aluminum profile from Schuco and glazing with two-chamber multifunctional double-glazed windows – 4-5 floors.
- Plastering of walls of public areas – 2-3 floors.
- Fire safety cable lines are being laid.
Building 23B
Section 1
- Installation of metal structures of the ventilated facade, insulation and clinker finishing is underway.
- Boilers are installed in the boiler room, equipment is being installed.
- Heating and water supply to the apartments is completed. Domestic sewage is ready for floors 3-8.
- Heating in the apartments is completed, work is being completed in the commercial area.
- Screed arrangement in the commercial premises of the 1st floor, apartments – completed.
- Installation of electrical panel equipment is underway.
- Handrails are installed on the interfloor stairs.
- Installation of elevator equipment is underway.
- Decoration of the corridor walls with decorative plaster begins, preparation for decoration of the elevator halls.
- Low-voltage networks on residential floors – completed.
Section 2
- Floor screed on the terraces is concreted.
- Window structures and glazing – work on floors 6-8.
- The laying of cable lines for electrical networks and fire safety has been completed.
Parking:
- Work on arranging the floor surface is in progress.
Landscaping:
- Paving tiles are being laid in the courtyard.
- On the side street along Slavyanskaya Naberezhna, crushed stone has been compacted for further stages of landscaping.
- Plastering work in the lobby.
External networks:
- Gas networks are being laid across the site.
- The walls of the built-in transformer substation are being built.
