- The floor screed on the floors is being completed, the laying of porcelain stoneware in common areas is ongoing.
- The decoration of the walls of common areas with decorative plaster has begun – work on floors 4-5.

Section 1
- Installation of metal structures of the hinged ventilated facade, insulation and clinker finish is in progress.
- Architectural lighting of the facade has been installed.
Section 2
- Installation of metal structures of the ventilated facade, insulation and clinker finish is in progress
- Installation of the heating system risers – completed.
- Installation of the household sewage system risers is in progress – work on the 3rd floor level.
- Porcelain stoneware on the floor in common areas – laid, on the 10th floor, wall decoration with decorative plaster is in progress.
Lobby:
- Finishing work is in progress.
Parking:
- Work on the construction of the entry/exit ramp is being completed.
Landscaping:
- In the courtyard and on the adjacent territory from the side of Radishcheva Street, paving slabs are being laid. Soil has been delivered for the formation of flower beds.
External networks:
- Work is underway to connect the complex to the city gas supply system.
