Section 1
- We are starting the installation of roof elements of smoke exhaust (equipment is already on site).
- Along the outer perimeter of the section – installation of metal structures of the ventilated facade and non-combustible basalt insulation. From the inner courtyard – on floors 9-10, insulation is being completed.
- Finishing with clinker – from the side of Radishcheva Street and Slavyanskaya naberezhna.
- The floor screed on the terraces of the upper floors has been concreted.
- Distribution to the apartments of heating, water supply, electrical networks and supply and exhaust ventilation – completed.
- Distribution of heating pipes in the apartments – completed on floors 4-8, 10.
- Installation of slow-flow networks is in progress.
- Finishing of common areas: laying of porcelain stoneware on the floor of the inter-apartment corridors has been completed, samples of suspended grilyato ceilings have been installed.
- Installation of elevator equipment is in progress.
Section 2
- Monolith – completed.
- Masonry of external and internal walls – work on 5-6 floors.
- Installation of window structures based on warm aluminum profiles from Schuco and glazing with two-chamber multifunctional glass units – 2-4 floors.
- Plastering of walls of common areas – 3-4 floors.
Building 23B
Section 1
- Roofing work in progress.
- Along the outer perimeter of the section – installation of metal structures of the ventilated facade and non-combustible basalt insulation. From the courtyard – installation of insulation on 9-10 floors.
- Glazing and niches for air conditioners – completed.
- Distribution of heating and water supply pipes to the apartments – completed.
- Electrical installation work in progress.
- Сommon areas decoration: plastering of walls of – completed, laying of porcelain stoneware on the floor continues.
Section 2
- Monolith completed.
- Wall laying – reached the 9th floor level.
- Window structures based on warm aluminum profiles from Schuco and glazing – works on floors 3-5.
Parking:
- In sections V1 and B1, masonry of the walls of technical premises continues.
One of the three tower cranes has been dismantled – the planned scope of work for it has been completed.
