Building 23B
Section 1
- The cladding of the ventilated facade and laying of tiles on the terrace floor have been completed.
- Glass railings of french balconies have been installed.
- The metering units in the commercial sector have been installed.
Section 2
- The facade is being finished with clinker decoration.
- The installation of underfloor convectors continues.
- The metering units in the commercial sector have been installed - completed.
Lobby:
- The clinker decoration of the entrance group has been completed.
- The installation of the decorative suspended ceiling lighting has been completed.
Landscaping:
- Work is underway on landscaping the yard and the adjacent territory.
- Play complexes on the playgrounds and equipment on the sports field have been installed.
Phase II
The development of the excavation is underway.
Section 3
- The foundations and concrete preparation for the future floor under the section have been completed.
- The vertical elements (walls/columns) of the underground floor (parking) of the section are in progress.
- The stylobate gap between sections 2 and 3 is under reinforced concrete foundations.
Section 2
The reinforced concrete foundations of the section are in progress.
