Building 23B
Section 1
- The upper floors are being finished with clinker decoration.
- The lightning protection system has been completed.
- Heating points and underfloor convectors have been installed in the apartments.
- Tiles are being laid on the terrace floor.
- Metering units are being formed in commercial premises.
Section 2
- Facade decoration with clinker is in progress.
- The lightning protection system has been installed.
- The installation of heating points in the apartments has been completed, and this week we will begin installing underfloor convectors.
- The metering units are being assembled in the commercial sector.
- The doors to the apartments have also been installed.
Landscaping:
- Work is underway to improve the yard and the surrounding area, in particular on the side of the Budapest residential complex.
Phase II
- The excavation is underway. 19,300 m3 has been completed - this is about 59% of the total volume.
- The foundations of section 3 are 80% ready, 250 m3 of the planned 300 m3 have been poured.
