- Plastering of walls of public areas – 2-3 floors.
Building 23B
Section 1
- Installation of metal structures of a hinged ventilated facade, insulation and clinker finishing is in progress.
- Installation of Buderus gas condensing boilers and equipment is complete.
- Heating, water supply and household sewage systems are installed in apartments.
- Heating and commercial installations are completed.
- Doors to apartments and commercial premises are installed.
- Elevator commissioning is completed.
Section 2
- Laying of multilayer roofing of the building, terraces and parapets is in progress.
- Window structures and glazing – work on 9-10 floors.
- Laying of electrical and fire safety cable lines is completed.
- Rainwater drainage - completed in the high-rise part of the building.
- Installation of ventilation system risers is in progress.
- Heating system pipes have begun.
- Plastering of walls of common areas – completed.
Parking:
- Floor surface arrangement is in progress.
- Reflective marking of columns and walls has begun.
- A video surveillance system is being installed.
Landscaping:
Paving slabs are being laid in the courtyard and along the Slavyanska naberezhna.
External networks:
Installation of cable lines to the transformer substation has begun in the parking lot.
Apartment heating points are already on site.
