- Plastering of walls of public areas – floors 2-5 completed.
Building 23B
Section 1
- Installation of metal structures of the ventilated facade, insulation and clinker finishing is in progress.
- The installation of engineering networks is completed.
- Decorative decoration of corridors – 2-5 floors.
Section 2
- Laying of multilayer roofing of the building, terraces and parapets is in progress.
- Window structures and glazing – work on 1, 9-10 floors.
- Laying of cable lines of electrical networks and fire safety is completed.
- Laying of heating and water supply pipes in common areas – reached the level of the 4th floor.
- Laying of heating systems in apartments – work on the 4th floor.
- Concreting of floor screed in apartments and common areas – 2-3 floors.
Parking:
- Installation of DÜKER sewage system under 1-2 sections has been completed.
- Arrangement of floor surface under 3-4 sections is in progress
- Application of reflective marking of columns and walls is in progress.
Improvement:
- Paving slabs are being laid in the courtyard and along the Slavyanskaya embankment.
- Flower beds are being formed in the courtyard, soil has been brought in.
