- The facade is being finished with clinker.
- The gas supply pipe is being laid along the facade of the building to the boiler room.
- Granite cladding of the elevator portals has been completed.
- The pressure boosting station has been installed.
Section 2
- The multilayer roof covering of the building is being laid.
- Installation of window structures made of warm aluminum profiles from Schuco and glazing with two-chamber multifunctional double-glazed windows – work on the 1st, 9th-10th floors.
- The laying of cable lines of the fire protection system has been completed.
- Installation of ventilation risers has been completed.
- Laying of heating and water supply pipes along the corridors on the floors – floors 2, 3 and 5 have been completed.
- The heating system in the apartments has begun, the 3rd floor is ready.
- Plastering of walls of common areas – floors 2-7 have been completed.
- Work is underway to install a video surveillance system and lay Internet cables.
Building 23B
Section 1
- Installation of metal structures of the ventilated facade, insulation and clinker finishing is underway.
- Decorative decoration of corridors – floors 2-8 completed.
- Pressure boosting station installed.
- Granite cladding of elevator portals – floors 2-7.
Section 2
- Installation of multilayer roofing of the building has been completed. Roofing of smoke exhaust equipment is underway.
- Installation of equipment in the roof boiler room is underway.
- Window structures and glazing – work on floors 1, 9-10.
- Laying of electrical cable lines has been completed, cabinets have been installed on the floors.
- Laying of heating and water supply pipes in the corridors – floors 1-6, 10 completed.
- Heating system installation in apartments – floors 2-8 inclusive completed.
- Floor screed installation in apartments and common areas – floors 2-6 completed.
Parking:
- Floor surface installation under 3-4 sections is in progress.
- Reflective marking of columns and walls is in progress.
Landscaping:
- Paving slabs are being laid in the courtyard and along Slavyanskaya Naberezhna.
