The permit for the construction of the residential complex K12 on Kucherevsky Boulevard in the Central District of the Dnieper No. DP 012200821180 was issued by the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Dnieper City Council on 08.21.2020.
Within the framework of the project, a 10-storey residential complex will be built, with a 3-level underground parking, commercial infrastructure on floors 1-2, and a residential area — 136 apartments.
DAYTONA GROUP acted as a developer and investor, design and construction are carried out by companies that are also part of the Daytona Group.
To date, the construction site has been fenced, equipment has arrived. Work is underway to clear the territory and dismantle the frame of the unfinished structure located on the site.
