The history of our projects goes back more than 20 years, 6 of which we have been working under the name Daytona Group.
We invest our accumulated experience, dedication and hard work in multi-format real estate projects, setting a new level of quality, technology and responsibility.
Over 6 years we have launched 6 projects:
- GENEVE, K12, MOZART – put into operation,
- MARSHALL and MAYAK – ending this year,
- MAVERICK – in 2023 entered the Uzhgorod market, construction will be completed next year.
Today, the company's project portfolio amounts to more than 230 thousand sq.m., including completed and under construction projects.
We have commissioned more than 100 thousand sq.m. modern housing and commercial space, another 88 thousand sq.m. will be introduced this year.
We gained tremendous experience in restoring the complex after a missile attack.
We learned to work in extreme conditions, learn lessons, be more mobile, flexible and stronger. They have proven their ability to develop not because of, but in spite of.
