2025 was a year of scaling, confident decisions, and proven results for DAYTONA GROUP.
By year-end, the company:
- commissioned 41,000 sq. m.,
- launched new projects totaling 67,600 sq. m.,
- expanded its asset portfolio and geographic reach
Key Event
One of the most important events of 2025 was the completion of construction and commissioning of MAYAK in the frontline Dnipro. The 37-story tower, over 120 meters tall, became a landmark project not only for the company but also for the urban environment.
New Projects. New Level
In 2025, DAYTONA GROUP's portfolio was expanded with three new properties, each strengthening the company's position in its segment.
- MECENAT, Lviv
Presale started in March 2025. By the end of the year, less than 5 of the developer's 182 apartments remained for sale. Strong sales momentum confirmed the effectiveness of the concept and the project's market relevance.
Preparatory work began at the MECENAT site in April, construction permits were received in May, excavation work and sheet piling began in June, concrete foundation preparation began in August, the foundation slab was poured in October, and monolithic work began at the underground level in November.
- VILLA BOFFA, Campione d'Italia
A new chapter in DAYTONA GROUP's collection of premium projects in Europe. In December 2025, permits were received, confirming the architectural and technical solutions' compliance with EU standards and the right to begin construction.
The project is ready for the active implementation phase.
- MAVERICK, Uzhhorod
Also in December 2025, we unveiled the second phase of MAVERICK construction. The pre-sale at investment prices resulted in 25% of apartments being booked in the first two weeks.
Meanwhile, the first phase of MAVERICK is confidently approaching completion: all major construction and installation work has been completed, facade cladding and landscaping are underway, and final finishing work on common areas and utility systems is underway.
On December 8, the complex welcomed its first guests.
A Year of Transformation
2025 has been a year of qualitative transformation for DAYTONA GROUP: from a newcomer to the Western Ukrainian market to a confident player, consistently implementing project plans and increasing sales.
In 2026, we will focus on the consistent implementation of current projects, expanding our geographic presence, and systematically expanding our portfolio of land plots under development.
And we believe that we can apply all this experience to our native peaceful Dnipro.
