We finished 2024 with pride in the fulfilled obligations and achieved results, we are starting 2025 with ambitious plans.
MARSHALL
Fully commissioned!
Almost 50 thousand sq. m, 466 apartments and numerous commercial premises.
The project with the largest improvement area in our portfolio has become a real decoration of the Pobeda residential complex.
Soon the houses will be filled with life and, we are sure, MARSHALL will become the best family-type residential complex in the city.
The commercial premises were sold out long before commissioning and almost all of them have already been rented out. Interior finishing is still underway in some premises.
There are still 11 apartments for sale. We are working under the eOselya lending program.
MAYAK
The pride of the company and a new symbol of the city! We will also commission it in the coming months. The remaining work is coming to an end.
"If there is something reliable in the world, it is the light of Mayak."
The last 4 apartments are waiting for owners.
MAVERICK
We are increasing the pace of construction, moving towards the goal - to complete the complex in 2025.
Stable sales dynamics confirm the correctness of the chosen development strategy.
The facility has become a pilot in a new direction for us – "finishing from the developer". This will allow us to avoid "repair" hassles and simplify the arrangement of housing for non-local buyers.
GENEVE-2
It is always easier to build something new than to restore something destroyed. Especially in conditions of a shortage of finance and personnel. But together with the residents, we persistently overcame difficulties.
Our general contractor "Mega Line" under the contract with the Association of co-owners of an apartment block is completing the main restoration work in the 2nd stage. The sections damaged after a direct missile hit are ready to accept residents again.
PLANS FOR 2025
Maintaining a proactive position and diversifying the portfolio with projects at different stages of construction and in different locations:
- Commissioning of MAYAK and MAVERICK.
- Launch of a new large-scale project (or projects :) in the regional center of Western Ukraine, which will combine residential, office, commercial components and infrastructure facilities.
- Assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, support for domestic producers and the country's economy, application of experience in the restoration of Ukraine.
