- "Pie" of the roof of the stylobate and the building – 90%. Arrangement of terraces, balconies and loggias is in progress.
- Profile installation is complete. Radius glazing of 2 sections is in progress.
- Finishing of the "wet facade" and installation of tiles on the stylobate, cladding with hinged ventilated facade clinker in the high part is being carried out.
- Strapping and installation of the HP of the roof boiler room are completed. Installation of heating pipes – in end apartments. Herz IHPs are installed.
- Domestic sewerage – completed.
- Water supply – tying of the pumping station.
- The power supply in the stylobate, lobby and common areas has been installed, the lighting of the stairwells is being installed.
- The wiring of the fire alarm cable has been completed. Ventilation system – inputs to apartments 4-9 floors. Smoke removal - installation of valves and grates.
- Multi-layer coating of the parking lot floor is completed. The entrance ramps to the 1st and 2nd floors are ready.
- The equipment of the elevator shafts was completed. KONE elevators are being installed.
- Floor screeding is performed in the end apartments.
- Plastering and tiling in common areas on floors and stairwells.
- In the lobby – facing the walls, floor and podium with clinker tiles.
- Planning of the surrounding area, arrangement of storm sewer wells.
MAYAK
- More than 1500 m3 of concrete was poured!
- We are expanding the tower – we reached 6-7 floors above the stylobate roof (level 0).
- Concreting of the circular parking ramp on the side of the "Festivalny" residential complex has been completed.
- We are preparing for the arrangement of the "pie" of the used stylobate roof.
- Masonry from -5 to -1 floor is 98% completed.
- Installation of ventilation and smoke removal systems has begun in the parking lot.
- Earthworks, retaining wall, foundations and structures of the lower level of the circular parking ramp on the side of the "Amsterdam" residential complex have been completed. The arrangement of the formwork of the floor slab is in progress.
MARSHALL
I stage:
- Construction of the monolith – at the level of 11-12 floors.
- Stone works – 8th floor inclusive, masonry from 1st to 6th floor is completed.
- Basalt insulation and clinker tiles have been delivered – we are preparing for the installation of the hinged ventilated facade.
II stage:
- Concreting of the walls, columns and diaphragms of the -1 level of the parking lot is in progress, and the floor slab is partially completed above it.
- Started the installation of the vertical elements of the 1st floor of the stylobate.
