MARSHALL

I Stage:

  • Monolith, masonry, glazing – completed.
  • The finishing of the tower with clinker is being completed, and façade work on the stylobate continues.
  • Finishing: floor screed for apartments – 21, common areas – 22-23 floors. Finishing of floors of common areas with porcelain tiles – 21, walls of elevator halls – 4-6 floors.
  • Doors to apartments – 22.
  • The elevators are installed.
  • Installation of fire protection systems.
  • Water supply – wiring is completed, installation of risers.
  • Heating – pipe distribution on floors 24-25, installation of individual heating units – 21, radiators – 16.
  • Stormwater and sanitary sewerage are completed.
  • Power supply – 24-25.
  • Improvement of the stylobate: tiles were laid along the paths.

Stage II:

  • The monolith is completed.
  • Masonry, glazing and installation of niches for air conditioners in the tower are completed, except for the 18th floor. Glazing of the stylobate continues.
  • Installation of the сurtain ventilated facade subsystem and insulation along the tower façade.
  • The installation of Mitsubishi elevators has begun.
  • Heating pipe routing – 17th floor. Individual heating units - delivered.
  • Plastering walls in common areas – 16. Porcelain tiles on the floors of common areas – 3-11 floors.


MAYAK

Tower:

  • Monolith – completed.
  • Masonry is completed. Glazing – 31 floors.
  • Curtain ventilated facade - installation of aluminum composite panels. Finishing with porcelain stoneware.
  • Niches for air conditioners – on the 29th floor.
  • Floor screed – 24-25 floor.
  • Laying porcelain tiles on the walls and floors of common areas – floors 3-16.

Stylobate:

  • Finishing with porcelain stoneware floors and walls of common areas and elevator lobbies.

Internal networks:

  • Storm drainage: installation completed. Household – 23-29 floors.
  • Heating: distribution to apartments was carried out on the 25th floor.
  • Water supply: dilution on the 24-25th floors.
  • Power supply: cable laying on the 20th floor.
  • Installation of fire safety systems.

Landscaping: paving stones have been laid in front of the building.


MAVERICK

House 23V
Section 1

  • Reinforcement of columns on the 1st floor of the tower continues.
  • Concreting of the covering slab above the -1st floor of the parking lot was carried out.
  • The frame is being installed and preparations are underway for concreting the basement floor.

Section 2 – excavation development.

Section 1

  • Concreting of the foundations for the stylobate and underground parking has been completed.
  • The formwork is installed and the enclosing walls of the parking lot are concreted.
  • We started manufacturing the metal frames of the columns of the 1st floor.
