- Completing the clinker finishing of the tower and stylobate.
- The final coat of paint has been applied to the cold passages, railings have been installed, and porcelain tiles are being laid on the floor.
- The lobby finishing is being completed.
- The application of decorative plaster on the floors is almost complete, painting of the ceilings and installation of suspended grillato structures is ongoing – on floors 3-7. Lighting elements are being installed.
- Installation of distribution boards in apartments, lighting of the 1st level of the parking lot is ongoing.
- Improvement of the stylobate and inner courtyard, arrangement of exits from the parking lot.
COMMERCIAL PREMISES: finishing of the facade, arrangement of parking pockets is being completed.

- Curtained ventilated facade – finishing with clinker is being completed.
- Facade monorail system – work is completed.
- Mirrors are being installed in the elevator lobbies, call buttons are being installed.
- Suspended grillato ceilings are being installed in the common areas.
- Apartment doors have been installed.
- Stylobate: finishing work is being completed in the lobby, navigation and markings are being applied on levels 3-4 of the parking lot.
- Heating: installation of underfloor convectors. Commissioning in the boiler room.
- Fire passages and gabions are being completed on the stylobate. Trees have been partially planted. Paving slabs are being laid on the stylobate terraces.

House 23V
Section 1
- Monolith – technical floor is being completed.
- External wall laying – floor 9 is complete, internal walls – up to and including floor 8.
- Installation of window structures on floors 7-8. Glazing – on floors 3-6.
- Installation of utility sewage systems is ongoing.
- Installation of the heating system has begun.
Section 2
- Reinforcement and concreting of vertical elements of the 3rd floor.
Building 23B
Section 1
- Monolithic – residential floors completed.
- Masonry of external walls – on the 7th floor, inter-apartment walls – completed on the 6th.
- Installation of window structures and glazing on floors 3-6.
Section 2
- The floor slab above the 3rd floor has been concreted.
Inner courtyard: installation of an exploitable roof over the parking lot.
In the parking lot: installation of storm drains, power supply and lighting cables, DÜKER pipes (Germany) have been delivered for the domestic sewerage system.
