MARSHALL

Stage I:

Construction, finishing and landscaping works are complete.

Stage II: 

  • Clinker finishing of the tower and stylobate continues.
  • Glazing and niches for air conditioners – completed.
  • Elevators are installed.
  • Porcelain tiles on the floor of common areas – up to the 21st floor. Installation of granite slopes in elevator lobbies and apartment doors is underway.
  • Heating: preparation for installation of radiators. Piping of equipment in the boiler room.
  • Installation of domestic sewage continues, storm water – completed.
  • Water supply: completed.
  • Fire safety: smoke removal – will be completed after finishing, fire alarm and sprinkler system – completed.
  • Landscaping on the stylobate.


COMMERCIAL PREMISES: facade cladding and landscaping.

 

MAYAK

  • Curtained ventilated facade – finishing with aluminum composite panels and clinker is being completed.
  • Installation of the facade monorail system is ongoing.
  • Glazing is complete, except for the entrance groups on floors -5 and 1.
  • 3 KONE elevators have been launched, 2 more are being installed.
  • Finishing of common areas is complete, elevator halls – 70%.
  • Decorative plastering has been completed in the lobby, the formation of the art object "rock" is being completed.
  • Painting of walls and columns on levels -4-2 of the parking lot.
  • Installation of doors to apartments and communication cabinets is being completed.
  • Heating: apartment heating points have been installed, installation of in-floor convectors has begun.
  • Water supply: completed.
  • Electricity supply: cable routing – 80%. Installation of switchboards.
  • Fire safety systems: work is being completed.
  • Landscaping work on the stylobate. Installation of the playground is complete.

House 23V
Section 1

  • Concreting columns of the top 10th floor.
  • Masonry – up to the 9th floor.
  • Installation of stained glass structures and glazing of the 1st floor of the commercial area continues.
  • Installation of window structures based on a Schuco profile in apartments on the 3rd and 4th floors.
  • Routing of storm sewer pipes.

Section 2

  • The floor slab above the -1st floor has been concreted.


House 23B
Section 1

  • Monolithic frame – 8th floor.
  • Masonry – up to the 5th floor.
  • Installation of stained glass structures and glazing of the 1st floor of the commercial area continues.

Section 2

  • Elevator shaft and 1st floor columns are being erected.


Courtyard: construction of an exploitable roof over the parking lot.
