MARSHALL

Stage I: Construction, finishing and landscaping work completed.

Stage II:

  • Clinker finishing of the tower and stylobate continues.
  • Elevator commissioning.
  • Finishing continues in the lobby.
  • Apartment doors have been installed, utility cabinets are being mounted.
  • Painting of ceilings and application of decorative plaster has begun in common areas.
  • Heating: installation of radiators.
  • Water supply and domestic sewerage: work on floors 17-24.
  • Power supply: installation of switchboards in apartments.
  • Parking: floor sanding, application of special impregnation and marking.
  • Fire safety: completed.
  • Landscaping is underway on the stylobate.

COMMERCIAL PREMISES: facade cladding, utility installation nearing completion, landscaping of the territory.

MAYAK

  • Curtained ventilated facade – finishing with clinker.
  • Facade monorail system – electrical installation work.
  • All 5 KONE elevators have been installed.
  • In common areas, we are starting to install suspended grilyato ceilings. The finishing of elevator halls is 90% complete.
  • Installation of doors in apartments on floors 26-31.
  • Stylobate: glazing of the entrance group on level -5 continues, finishing in the lobby, painting of walls and columns in the parking lot is being completed.
  • Commissioning of water supply and drainage networks.
  • Heating: installation of underfloor convectors.
  • Power supply: supply to apartments on floors 14-27.
  • Fire safety: commissioning of systems.
  • Landscaping work on the stylobate.

House 23V
Section 1

  • Monolith of residential floors – completed.
  • External wall laying – 9th floor completed, internal – 4-7.
  • Installation of window structures on floors 3-6, glazing – 3-4.
  • Glazing in the commercial area continues.
  • Installation of utility and domestic sewage has begun.

Section 2

  • Reinforcement and concreting of vertical elements of the 2nd floor.

 

Building 23B
Section 1

  • Monolith – 10th floor.
  • External wall laying – up to and including the 7th floor, internal – 4-7.
  • Installation of window structures on floors 3-4.
  • Glazing in the commercial area continues.

Section 2

  • The floor slab above the 2nd floor has been concreted.

Inner courtyard: construction of an exploitable roof over the parking lot.

Installation of storm drains and power and lighting cables in the parking lot.
