- Cladding with clinker – we complete the façade of the tower and continues into the stylob.
- Finishing: porcelain tiles on the floor of common areas – 22nd floor, painting of ceilings and walls – 19 each. Lobby – installation of drywall, finishing.
- We are completing the door installation.
- The installation of internal engineering and fire protection is being completed.
- External networks: installation in the boiler room is completed, continues in the transformer substation.
- Landscaping: arrangement of flower beds on the stylobate, local area – laying paving slabs.

Stage II:
- The monolith is completed. Masonry – 18th floor (the crane was attached).
- Glazing and niches for air conditioners are completed, except for the 18th floor. Glazing of the stylobate continues.
- Installation of a suspended ventilated facade subsystem, insulation and finishing of the tower façade with clinker.
- Installation of the 2nd Mitsubishi elevator.
- Internal networks: heating pipes – 21st floor, storm sewer – wiring completed.
- Smoke removal: installation in the stylobate is completed. Fire alarm – 20th floor
- Plastering of walls in common areas – 20th floor, porcelain tiles on the floor – 16 each.
Commercial premises: masonry is being completed, roofing work continues.

- The monolith is completed.
- Glazing – 30th and 32nd floors.
- Curtain ventilated facade – installation of aluminum composite panels. Clinker finishing.
- Niches for air conditioners – 29th floor.
- We are starting to install elevators.
- Screed – on the 29th floor.
- Finishing with porcelain stoneware of the common areas of the stylobate, in the tower – 21st floor.
- Storm sewer: insulation 32-33 floors. Household – 26-29.
- Heating: wiring – 30 floors, risers – 2-16. Buderus condensing gas boilers have been delivered.
- Water supply: distribution – 29th floor, risers – 30th.
- Power supply: cable laying 27th floor.
- Installation of fire safety systems.
- External networks: cabinet gas control point – mounted and connected.
