MARSHALL

I stage:

  • The monolith, roof and masonry are complete.
  • The roof of the stylobate – the amount of work planned for this period has been completed.
  • Glazing of the tower is 99%.
  • Finishing of the tower with clinker continues, facade work on the stylobate has begun.
  • Interior equipment: completed samples of the finishing decoration of the walls and ceilings of common areas; floor screed for apartments – 10 per floor, common areas – 16 per floor; finishing the floor of common areas with ceramic granite – 16-17.
  • Installation of apartment and technical doors.
  • Elevators: installation of the 2nd (out of three) cabin.
  • The smoke removal system is completed, supply and exhaust ventilation – 8-11 floors.
  • Water supply – installation of risers.
  • Heating – laying of pipes 19-21 floors.
  • Domestic sewage – installation of REHAU Raupiano Plus pipes on the 17th floor.

II   stage:

  • Tower – monolith completed.
  • Masonry of external walls – 23rd floor, facade works – 17th.
  • Glazing – 22-23 floors.
  • Plastering of walls in common areas – 9-10 floors.
  • Heating – distribution of pipes on the 4th floor.


MAYAK
Tower:

  • We are completing the monolith – 31-32 floors.
  • Masonry of walls – 27. Glazing - 26.
  • Facade works – on the 26th floor. A sample of decorative decoration is mounted.
  • Designs of niches for air conditioners – 25 each, filling with sandwich panels – 21-24.
  • Floor screed, 10th floor.
  • Rough plaster in common areas – 16. Laying tiles on the floor of the 4th floor.
  • Samples of technical and apartment doors have been installed.

Stylobate:

  • Facing the facade with clinker.
  • In the parking lot, concreting of the floor is being completed, insulation and painting of the walls is in progress.

Internal networks:

  • Heating: distribution in apartments of 19-21 floors.
  • Water supply to apartments – on the 16th floor.
  • Electricity supply: installation of cable channels in high-rise buildings.
  • Fire water main – 20th floor.
  • Installation of fire safety systems.
  • Installation of curbs, cobblestones and paving slabs in the drive zone -4 level.

 

 

MAVERICK

  • Arrangement of the foundations of the 1st section of the building 23B — reinforcement and concreting of base plates for the future columns of the building frame, their waterproofing and backfilling of the foundation sinuses.
  • Earthworks - development of a pit for 1 section of the building. 23B and 1 section of the building. 23B, stylobate part and underground parking.
