Stage II:
- The clinker finishing of the tower continues, the installation of the external ventilated facade on the stylobate has begun.
- Glazing and niches for air conditioners are complete.
- Elevators have been installed.
- Heating: piping – 23rd floor, installation of risers. Piping of equipment in the boiler room.
- Installation of domestic and storm sewerage – completed.
- Water supply: completed
- Fire safety: smoke removal – will be completed after finishing, fire alarm and sprinkler system - completed.
- Plastering of walls in common areas – 24th floor, porcelain tiles on the floor – 21st floor.
COMMERCIAL PREMISES: heating pipes are laid out, screed is being poured.

- Curtained ventilated facade — installation of aluminum composite panels, clinker finishing of upper floors.
- Installation of guides for the facade monorail system.
- Glazing is complete, except for entrance groups on floors -5 and 1. Railings of glass railings are being installed on balconies.
- 3 KONE elevators have been launched, 2 more are being installed.
- Doors in apartments – floors 3-29.
- Installation of porcelain tiles on the floor and walls – 31st floor. Lobby – installation of an art object.
- Heating: apartment heating points are installed. Equipment is being connected in the boiler room and heat supply station.
- Water supply: distribution – 30th floor, risers – completed.
- Power supply: laying the working power cable to the apartments.
- Fire safety systems: work is being completed.
- On the stylobate, landscaping work, installation of playgrounds and sports grounds.

Section 1
- Reinforcement of the columns of the last 10th floor.
- Masonry – up to the 7th floor.
- Installation of stained glass structures in the commercial area continues, glazing has begun.
Section 2
- Concreting of columns and the elevator diaphragm of the -1 floor.
- Partially concreted the parking pavement between sections 1 and 2.
House 23B
Section 1
- Monolithic frame – 6th floor.
- Masonry on floors 1-3.
- Installation of stained glass structures in the commercial area, glazing has begun.
Section 2
- Enclosing walls and a ceiling above the -1 floor have been erected.
- The pavement slab is being concreted over the parking lot between the sections.
