Digest of construction of DAYTONA GROUP projects — October 2023

MARSHALL

I stage:

  • Monolith and masonry completed.
  • The roof of the stylobate – 2/3 of the work has been completed.
  • Glazing of the tower – 99%.
  • Warming and decoration of the facade with clinker is in progress.
  • Cold transitions are insulated, railings are installed on stairwells.
  • Interior decoration: the plastering of the walls of common areas has been completed; floor screed of apartments – 10 each, common areas – 13th floor each; decoration of common areas floor with ceramic granite – 11 each.
  • Elevators: installation of the 2nd (out of three) cabins is underway.
  • Smoke removal and supply-exhaust ventilation systems – on the 19th floor.
  • Water supply – apartment-by-apartment distribution is completed.
  • Heating – piping on the 17th floor;
  • Domestic sewerage – installation of REHAU Raupiano Plus pipelines on residential floors.
  • Electricity supply – wiring to charging stations for electric cars, installation of lamps is laid in the parking lot.

II stage::

  • The tower – we are completing the technical premises of the roof.
  • Masonry of external walls – 22.
  • Installation of brackets for the hinged vent facade, insulation and wind barrier – 17.
  • Glazing – on the 20th floor.
  • Plastering of walls of common areas – 5-6 floors.
  • Heating – piping on the 3rd floor.

 

MAYAK

Tower:

  • Monolith – 31 penultimate residential floors.
  • Masonry of walls – 27. Glazing – 26.
  • Installation of layers (up to finishing) of the hinged vent facade – on the 26th floor, installation of clinker has begun at the corners of the building.
  • Designs of niches for air conditioners – 21 each, filling with sandwich panels – 17-19.
  • Floor screed on floors 7-9.
  • Rough plaster in common areas – 10 each.
  • A sample door to the apartment was installed.

Stylobate:

  • Facing the facade with clinker.
  • Finishing of technical premises, 75% of technical doors have been installed.
  • Concreting of the parking lot floor, painting of the walls is being completed on the -4th floor.
  • Laying paving stones in front of the building.

Internal networks:

  • Heating: distribution by apartments – 18th floor.
  • Water supply to apartments – on the 15th floor.
  • Electricity supply: installation of equipment in switchboards in the stylobate.
  • Fire-fighting water pipe – on the 16th floor.
  • Installation of smoke removal, fire ventilation, fire extinguishing and fire alarm systems.

 

MAVERICK

  • 2 tower cranes have been installed, commissioning works are ongoing.
  • Concrete preparation (sub-concrete) for part of the foundations of section 1 was performed.
  • Construction of the pit continues.
