Stage I:
- Monolith, masonry, glazing – completed.
- The cladding of the tower is being completed, the façade of the stylobate is ready to be finished with clinker.
- Finishing: porcelain tiles on the floor of common areas – 21st floor, painting of ceilings – 10 each, walls – 13 each. Elevator halls: porcelain tile finishing – 21st floor.
- Doors to apartments are on floors 22-25.
- The installation of internal engineering and fire protection is being completed.
- External networks: gas has been supplied to the boiler room, installation and wiring of equipment continues.
- Landscaping: laying tiles, arranging flower beds and bringing in soil on the roof of the stylobate. Adjacent area – we started laying paving slabs.

Stage II:
- The monolith is completed.
- Masonry, glazing and installation of niches for air conditioners in the tower are completed, except for the 18th floor. Glazing of the stylobate continues.
- Installation of a suspended ventilated facade subsystem and insulation along the tower facade.
- The installation of Mitsubishi elevators continues.
- Distribution of heating pipes – 20th floor, apartment heating units were delivered.
- Plastering of walls in common areas – 19th floor, porcelain tiles on floors – 16th floor.

- Glazing – 31 each. We started installing balcony railings.
- Curtain ventilated facade – installation of aluminum composite panels. Clinker finishing.
- Niches for air conditioners – on the 29th floor.
- Floor screeding – 26th floor.
- Laying porcelain stoneware on the walls and floor of the common areas of the stylobate, in the tower – 3-16 floors.
Internal networks:
- Storm drainage: installation completed. Household – 26th floor.
- Heating: distribution for apartments 27-28.
- Water supply: wiring – on the 27th floor, risers – 12.
- Power supply: cable laying on floors 20-26.
- Installation of fire safety systems.
Landscaping: paving stones have been laid in front of the building.
