- The installation of internal engineering and fire protection is being completed. Work is being completed at the transformer substation.
- Improvement: arrangement of children's and sports grounds.

- The monolith, roof and masonry are completed. The crane has been dismantled.
- Installation of a suspended ventilated facade subsystem, insulation and finishing of the tower façade with clinker.
- Glazing and niches for air conditioners are completed.
- Mitsubishi elevators: installation of the 3rd elevator is completed.
- Internal networks: heating pipes are laid out on the 21st floor, water supply is laid out on floors 3-9.
- Fire safety: smoke removal – installation in the stylobate is completed, fire alarm – on the 20th floor.
- Plastering of walls in common areas – 20th floor, porcelain tiles on the floor – 16 each.
- Commercial premises: installation of window structures has begun.

- Glazing is completed, except for the areas where the faucet is attached.
- Hinged ventilated facade – installation of aluminum composite panels. Clinker finishing.
- Niches for air conditioners – 29th floor.
- The installation of 3 elevators continues.
- Installation of doors for apartments on floors 3-8.
- Finishing of common areas in the tower with porcelain stoneware – 26th floor and above.
- Storm drainage: the remainder is insulation in the boiler room. Household – completed.
- Heating: pipe distribution – 30th floor, risers – completed.
- Water supply: pipe distribution – completed on the 29th floor, risers – completed.
- Electrical supply: cable for lighting of common areas – completed, distribution of power lines for apartments – completed on floors 2-10.
- Installation of fire safety systems.
- Landscaping: installation of gabions and formation of flower beds continues.
