MARSHALL

Stage I:

  • The stylobate cladding with clinker is being completed.
  • The finishing of common areas and lobbies is complete. The installation of door frames and handles for apartment doors is being completed.
  • Landscaping: paving slabs are being completed.

Stage II:

  • The finishing of the tower with clinker continues.
  • Glazing and niches for air conditioners are complete.
  • Elevators are installed. Preparation for installation of the doors of the 3rd elevator on the floors.
  • Heating: piping – 23-24 floors, installation of risers. Equipment in the boiler room is installed.
  • Sewage: storm – completed, starting with household and utility.
  • Water supply: completed
  • Electricity: wiring in the tower – 50%.
  • Fire safety: smoke removal – installation in the tower 40%, fire alarm and sprinkler system – completed.
  • Plastering of walls in common areas – floors 21-24, porcelain tiles on the floor – 17 each.


COMMERCIAL PREMISES: double-glazed windows installed, sewerage system – completed, heating piping in progress.

MAYAK

  • Glazing – completed, except for entrance areas on floors -5 and 1. Installation of glass railings on balconies.
  • Curtain ventilated facade – installation of aluminum composite panels, clinker finishing.
  • 3 KONE elevators installed and launched, 2 more in operation.
  • Apartment doors – floors 3-25.
  • Installation of porcelain tiles on the floor and walls – completed, floor 29. Ceiling painting – complete. Lobby – decorative plastering started.
  • Heating: installation of apartment heating units. Installation and piping of equipment in the boiler room and heat supply station – completed.
  • Water supply: distribution – 30th floor, risers – complete.
  • Electricity supply: distribution in common areas – 28th floor up.
  • Installation of fire safety systems.
  • Landscaping: laying paving slabs on the stylobate.

Section 1

  • The floor above the 8th floor has been concreted.
  • Masonry on floors 2-4.
  • Installation of stained glass structures in the commercial area.
  • Installation of formwork for the parking floor slab – the exploited roof of the inner courtyard.

Section 2

  • Concrete preparation is in progress for the parking floor.

Section 1

  • The floor above the 6th floor has been concreted.
  • Masonry on floors 1-2.
  • Installation of formwork for the parking deck slab – the exploited roof of the inner courtyard.

Section 2

  • Completing the concreting of the parking deck columns.
