- The finishing of the tower with clinker continues.
- Glazing and niches for air conditioners are complete.
- Elevators are installed. Preparation for installation of the doors of the 3rd elevator on the floors.
- Heating: piping – 23-24 floors, installation of risers. Equipment in the boiler room is installed.
- Sewage: storm – completed, starting with household and utility.
- Water supply: completed
- Electricity: wiring in the tower – 50%.
- Fire safety: smoke removal – installation in the tower 40%, fire alarm and sprinkler system – completed.
- Plastering of walls in common areas – floors 21-24, porcelain tiles on the floor – 17 each.
COMMERCIAL PREMISES: double-glazed windows installed, sewerage system – completed, heating piping in progress.

- Curtain ventilated facade – installation of aluminum composite panels, clinker finishing.
- 3 KONE elevators installed and launched, 2 more in operation.

- Installation of porcelain tiles on the floor and walls – completed, floor 29. Ceiling painting – complete. Lobby – decorative plastering started.
- Heating: installation of apartment heating units. Installation and piping of equipment in the boiler room and heat supply station – completed.
- Water supply: distribution – 30th floor, risers – complete.
- Electricity supply: distribution in common areas – 28th floor up.
- Installation of fire safety systems.
- Landscaping: laying paving slabs on the stylobate.
