MARSHALL

I stage:

  • The monolithic frame and the masonry of the outer walls have been completed.
  • Roofing works in the tower have been completed, the roof of the stylobate is 50% complete.
  • The glazing of the stylobate is completed, the tower is 99%.
  • Warming and decoration of the facade with clinker is in progress.
  • Cold transitions are insulated on the 18th floor, on 4-7 − the basis for the "wet facade".
  • Interior decoration: gypsum plastering in the common areas is completed, floor screed − on the 8th floor.
  • Smoke removal and supply and exhaust ventilation systems − on the 7th floor.
  • Water supply − 12.
  • Heating - piping on 12-14 floors;
  • Domestic sewage − installation of DÜKER SML cast iron pipelines in commerce, REHAU Raupiano Plus − on residential floors.
  • Electricity supply – wiring to charging stations for electric cars, installation of lamps is laid in the parking lot.
  • External networks: cut into the city water supply system.

II stage:

  • The monolith of the tower − we are completing the last 24 residential floor.
  • Masonry of external walls − 19.
  • Installation of the hinged vent facade brackets, installation of insulation and wind barrier has begun
  • Glazing − on the 15th floor.


 

MAYAK

Tower:

  • Monolith − 29th floor above level 0 (stylobate roof).
  • Masonry of walls − 26th floor.
  • Installation of the hinged vent facade subsystem and insulation − on the 24th floor. Scanroc subsystems − 20-22.
  • Glazing lasts for 24.
  • Designs of niches for air conditioners − 21 each, filling with sandwich panels − 15-18.
  • Floor screed on the 2nd floor.
  •  

Stylobate:

  • Facing the facade with clinker. Decorative decoration of the ceilings above the columns.
  • Concreting of the parking lot floor − 4 and 50% completed on -1, -2 and -5 levels.

Internal networks:

  • Heating: distribution in apartments − on 8-10 floors.
  • Water supply: distribution for commerce − 90%, for apartments − on the 7th floor.
  • Electricity supply: laying of power cables in the parking lot, installation of lighting.
  • Fire-fighting water pipe − risers made of 16, installation of sprinkler system − 13-16 floors.
  • Installation of smoke removal, fire ventilation, fire extinguishing and fire alarm systems.

 

MAVERICK

  • Site clearance and planning.
  • Fenced the perimeter of the plots with a construction fence.
  • On October 5, we received permits for construction works.
