- Wall masonry, glazing and installation of niches for air conditioners in the tower are completed, except for the 18th floor. Glazing of the stylobate continues.
- Installation of a suspended ventilated facade subsystem and insulation along the tower facade.
- Mitsubishi elevators have been delivered to the site.
- Heating – pipe distribution 3-11 floors.
- Plastering walls in common areas – 11-12 floors. Screeds in common areas – 11th floor, in apartments 4-9.
Tower:
- Monolith – a covering slab was completed above the 33rd technical floor.
- Masonry – 30-31 floors. Glazing – 29.
- Hinged ventilated facade – installation of aluminum composite panels. Finishing with porcelain stoneware.
- Niches for air conditioners – on the 27th floor.
- Floor screed – 19-21 floors.
- Rough plastering of common areas – 22-23 floors. Porcelain tiles in common areas – 3-9 floors.
Stylobate:
- Finishing of floors and walls of common areas and the elevator hall with porcelain tiles.
- Parking – installation of sectional entrance gates TM HÖRMANN.
Internal networks:
- Storm drainage: installation completed on the 26th floor. Household – work on floors 16-21.
- Heating: distribution for apartments – 24-25 floors.
- Water supply to apartments is on the 22nd floor. Installation of risers.
- Power supply: laying cable lines – 10-14 floors.
- Installation of fire safety systems.

- The foundations are complete. The base for the floor of the -1st floor of the parking lot was concreted.
- A monolithic beam has been completed and the construction of walls on the -1st floor continues.
