Digest of construction of DAYTONA GROUP projects — July 2024

MARSHALL

Stage I:

  • Monolith, masonry, glazing – completed.
  • Cladding with clinker – we complete the facade of the tower, the stylobate continues.
  • Common areas: finishing painting of walls – 24th floor, doors to apartments – installed, lobby – installation of mailboxes.
  • Marking in the parking lot.
  • Engineering and fire protection – completion of works, commissioning.
  • Landscaping: arrangement of children's and sports grounds, outbuildings.


Stage II:

  • The monolith and masonry are complete.
  • Installation of hinged ventilated facade and decoration of the tower with clinker.
  • Glazing and niches for air conditioners – completed.
  • Mitsubishi elevators: installation completed.
  • Heating: pipe laying on the 22nd-24th floor, installation of equipment in the boiler room.
  • Water supply – dilution by 21.
  • Storm sewer: tower – completed, works in the stylobate.
  • Electricity supply: 3-5 floors.
  • Smoke removal – installation in the tower, fire alarm - wiring completed,
  • fire extinguishing sprinkler system – installation in the parking lot is being completed.
  • Plastering of walls in common areas – 21-24 floors, porcelain stoneware on the floor – 17.

COMMERCIAL PREMISES: installation of window structures.


 

MAYAK

  • The monolith is complete. The crane is dismantled.
  • Glazing – completed parts of the faucet attachment, lasts for 1 floor.
  • Hinged ventilated facade – installation of aluminum composite panels, finishing with clinker.
  • Niches for air conditioners – 1st floor and faucet area.
  • Commissioning of 2 elevators.
  • Doors to apartments – 3-21 floors.
  • Ceramic granite decoration of common areas – 27th floor and above. Lobby – installation of plasterboard and ceramic granite.
  • Heating: installation of apartment heating points. Buderus condensing gas boilers are installed in the boiler room.
  • Water supply: distribution – 29th floor, risers – completed.
  • Electricity supply: distribution in common areas – completed on the 18th floor.
  • Installation of fire safety systems.
  • Installation of gabions, formation of flower beds, planting of trees on the roof of the stylobate is ongoing.


 

MAVERICK

Building 23V

Section 1

  • Installation of formwork for concreting the floor above the 6th floor.
  • Masonry is in progress.
  • Concreting parapets on the 2nd floor of commerce.

Section 2

  • Arrangement of foundations – 80%. Installation of the reinforcing frame of the elevator diaphragm.


Building 23B
Section 1

  • Form the columns of the 5th floor.
  • Masonry on 1-2 floors.

Section 2

  • Foundations – 85%, concrete preparation for the future parking lots is underway. The elevator diaphragm is concreted.
