2023 is coming to an end. It's time to take stock, draw conclusions, and set goals for 2024.

The current year continued testing for stability, flexibility and professionalism. We directed all our forces to the further adaptation of the company's work in new realities — the conditions of war.

We report the results:

1. MOZART

Commissioned and ownership transferred to investors.

 2. MAYAK and MARSHALL

We are actively building. Currently, Phase I of MARSHALL is in the final stage of construction, Phase II and MAYAK are at a high level of readiness.

 3. MAVERICK

We are especially proud of the successful entry into the new market in Uzhhorod. Within 7 months of the presentation of the project, less than a third of the apartments remained for sale (90 out of 304). The peculiarity of this object is the implementation of one of the first mechanisms for registering special property rights for future real estate objects: the sale is carried out according to the most transparent form of investment, which provides for the protection of the investor's property rights.

4. GENEVE

The second phase of which became a target for "high-precision p...". The most important thing is that everyone is alive. The upper floors of the two sections are broken, but the complex survives - construction technologies and quality of materials still matter. We received bitter, but such necessary, from a professional point of view, experience for the future reconstruction of cities. Currently, we have a valuable knowledge base, a clear algorithm of actions and are working to implement everything.

For 5 months of painstaking work:

  • conducted a preliminary and comprehensive examination of the monolithic frame, engineering networks and possible hidden damage;
  • helped to dismantle the rubble and dismantle the work;
  • built effective communication at the level of "developer — condominium - local government";
  • we are working on the development of a working project — and this is no less difficult and long-term direction of work, because today there are no norms or procedures for the restoration of apartment buildings after a direct missile hit;
  • involved partners and colleagues in the support initiative;
  • and as an intermediate result of joint work: by the end of the year, monolithic work on the restoration of the reinforced concrete frame of the two destroyed sections was completed by 99%, the facade was restored where possible, masonry work began, and the roof in the third section was 90% restored.

The question of where to put a comma in the expression "you can't wait to act" we decided for ourselves last year. In 2023, they strengthened their position as one of the leading players in the Dnipro real estate market and gained a significant share of Uzhgorod's first place. Diversified risks, became more professional and sustainable. We continue to set trends, maintain the quality bar, adhere to openness and legal purity, strive to be a partner with whom they want to work.

Therefore, we have the courage to set ambitious goals for 2024:

  • Commissioning in the first half of the year MAYAK and MARSHALL.
  • Active MAVERICK construction.
  • New projects in Dnipro.
  • Expansion of geography in Ukraine.
  • Modernization of the structure and improvement of the team's professional level.
  • Assistance of the Armed Forces.
