7 years of work, development and bold decisions. We have gone from an ambitious regional developer to a full-cycle company with popular projects in 3 regions of Ukraine.

During this time, we have gained experience in:

- High-rise construction.
We are completing the 37-story MAYAK, more than 120 m high. The complex has implemented advanced design and engineering solutions, and fire safety has been enhanced. This is the first residential complex in the country with a monorail façade maintenance system – we know how to wash windows in a skyscraper.

- Renovation of an abandoned construction site.
An unfinished building, a dump, destroyed utilities – this is what the construction site looked like at the start of the project. In 16 months, we built K12 and commissioned it during the pandemic. With participation in the city's renovation program for the adjacent territory, Kucherevsky Boulevard became a new point of attraction for city residents.

- Conceptual and technical renovation after 11 years of freezing the object.
In six months, an abandoned long-term construction project turned into one of the most popular business centers in Dnipro – TOС Kudashevsky. And the courtyard became a popular photo location among city residents.

- Adaptability and sustainability.
During the war, we did not stop a single site, we were able to ensure an uninterrupted construction process and fulfillment of obligations to investors and maintain the quality of the projects. GENEVE (stage 2), MOZART and MARSHALL, and this is more than 110 thousand m2, commissioned during the war. ⠀
- Professional experience in working with buildings after a missile hit – from clearing rubble to finishing the facade.
The damaged sections of GENEVE-2 are ready to welcome residents again.

- From the first project and forever, legal transparency and strict adherence to legal requirements have been a priority.
We were the first in Dnipro and Uzhgorod to start selling apartments under notarized contracts for the sale and purchase of future real estate objects, ensuring maximum protection for investors.
